How it took thirty-five years to get here.

It's been a long road from 1990, and the trip keeps on evolving from year to year.
Spiral Plot came out of the independent music scene in the 80s, when there was no one around to do posters, album art, tickets, flyers and stage backdrops.

Logos, slides and skins

It's surprising how much visual work there was in that area. Somebody would get their logo put on a van, there were oil slides to be created, bass drum skins were decorated.
It didn't take too long to get organised into a working group with different skills, and by the turn of the decade, it became a commercial operation producing magazine artwork and advertising.
The Virtual Media Group were the first iteration of their combined talents, but in 1990 they got a grip on the financials and pulled it all together as Spiral Plot. Crazy name, crazy people.
But it seems that they were doing something right, because Spiral Plot is still going thirty-five years later. Some of the brands have come and gone, others morphed with the times.

Now and forever

If you're a fan, a customer, or a curious follower of some of these brands, you'll find them all here, now and in the future. This is the TCP/IP offering, where each group has a presence ported over from the alternate internets.
There's a communal news page to send you directly to new stuff and happenings of interest. Support the Plot on the web if you like what's going on, and the next thrty-five years will go by just as fast!
